Today’s look is a floral midi dress with a cozy cardigan.
I have been talking a lot recently on the blog about layering floral dresses with cozy knitwear this autumn being a trend, and I wanted to share this look with you as I was wearing the combination myself today.
It’s been a lovely sunny autumn day here in the UK today and I wanted to make to most of the sun and wear one of my floral dresses with an added layer of a cardigan. This cardigan is already on repeat this season. You can see it styled with jeans and ankle boots here.
How I wore the floral midi dress with a cozy cardigan
As I was on my feet doing some walking, I paired my dress with some Converse which are one of my recent autumn purchases and layered my grey cardigan on the top.
I finished off the outfit with a pearl embellished handbag. I really loved this bag when it was released in a limited edition collection with Coach x Rodarte. At the time, I couldn’t justify buying the bag as it was really expensive. I was recently browsing through the handbags on Vestiaire Collective and came across this bag at a fraction of the original price and ended up buying it. I love finding unexpected items like this that you may not have been able to buy first time round.
