Vichy Idealia Day And Night Cream Review

I was recently sent some new face creams to try from the Vichy Idealia Range at Look Fantastic. The two products were the Vichy Idealia Smoothing and Illuminating Day Cream available for Normal/Combination Skin or Dry Skin and the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep Recovery Night Gel Balm.

I have been using the same face cream for a while now and have been looking for a new cream to try for a change that is suitable for sensitive skin, so I was more than happy to give them a try.

Claims to help provide a more youthful looking and radiant complexion

My thoughts:

A really nice light cream which is delicately scented and leaves your skin super soft and not at all greasy.

The main active ingredient is Kombucha which is a powerful extract issued from Tea. It’s also paraben free.

I really liked the consistency and smell. It sunk in very quickly and left my skin smooth and soft it felt like a really nourishing cream perfect for winter.

The Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep Recovery Night Gel Balm

Claims to transform the skin whilst you sleep leaving it plumped, looking rested and fresh

My thoughts:

A cooling gel night cream which feels lovely on application and has a nice delicate smell. It’s also paraben free.

I really loved this night cream. I did notice a difference in the mornings when waking up that my skin did look nicer. I really enjoyed the cooling and moisturising effect it had and I did feel like my skin was plumped up.

I really enjoyed using the Vichy products. I feel they are a great brand to use as they have had over 80 years experience in developing skincare which is sensitive skin friendly and enriched with Vichy Thermal Spa Water. The packaging was so lovely with the mirrored lid it gave a real feeling of it being a luxurious beauty product.
