Today’s look is my all black summer outfit with light accessories.
This is a look that I was wearing recently and as it’s been so sunny again, I wanted to share it as a summer outfit.
Black Summer Outfit With Light Accessories
I love to wear black all year round. I always thought that wearing black in the summer made you feel the heat more but I never seem to notice much difference so I’m not sure if it’s just a fashion myth or not.
I was wearing a simple black t-shirt from Comme Des Garçons Play with a gold heart motif along with a black pleated midi skirt that has been in my wardrobe for years and has been featured many times on the blog over that time too. You can’t really tell from the photos but the heart detail on the t-shirt is sparkly and gold rather than yellow and is a really nice touch to the outfit. To lighten and break up the whole look and add a summer vibe, I selected my white woven sliders and a straw bag.
