Today’s outfit is colour clash a red and purple outfit.
It’s said that red and purple should not be paired together. Today I’m showing you how it can be worn together in an outfit. The main feature of this look is the red and purple floral printed pencil skirt. The skirt is an old one of mine and was from Zara a few years ago. I love the poppy print and how the print has paired the red poppies with a purple background. I have styled the statement skirt with a black blouse and jacket and am carrying my purple handbag.
I did a post with the handbag last week with tips on styling a purple bag in an outfit with matching tones. Here I’m going against my own advice and matching it with a contrasting colour but I feel that it works as there is the purple in the skirt.
