Florals for spring 2016

I am loving the idea of florals for spring 2016 and plan to be wearing them quite bit throughout the season.

Today’s outfit includes this pretty floral tea dress which is part of the new spring collection over at Apricot Clothing. I love the pretty print and ruffle design and think it will make a lovely day dress for me. I love the feminine floaty feel to the dress. I have styled to today layered over a black top and with a black cardigan. To make the look less girly I am wearing ankle boots. I think the dress would work best with some sandals in the spring and summer and that’s exactly what I plan to do when the weather heats up.
