Occasion wear at Laura Ashley

Today I’m styling a look for occasion wear at Laura Ashley.

Summer is finally here and so is the start of the events season! When you are attending an event it’s great to have an outfit that you can go to and feel good in for the occasion.

Occasion Wear Outfit

I’m wearing a lace dress from Laura Ashley. The lace fit and flare dress from the Ascot collection is a wonderful dress for summer events whether it be a wedding, party or a day at the races.

This dress with its fit and flare shape is really flattering to wear and I love the deep magenta colour. The lace dress could easily be worn all year round and I would plan to bring mine out again for Christmas events and wear it with some black tights and heels. I love to find pieces that you are able to get multiple wears from like this dress.

Occasion Wear Accessories

I have accessorised the dress with my white Zara sunglasses, white cutwork handbag and white necklace. I have never paired white with the deep magenta colour before but I really love the contrast.
