Red Trousers Outfit

Today I’m showing you how I have styled a pair of red trousers in an outfit for a look that I wore to my office this week.

Red trousers are a real statement and quite a challenge for me to wear but I really liked the look of these ones so bought them on sale. I have had them a while and never worn them, so I thought I would try and wear them to the office and share the look with you on the blog today.

I have styled the red trousers with a grey silky blouse and a grey pleated scarf. The grey items are two different shades that compliment each other well and really bring out the red statement trousers. Looking at it now it seems to have a little bit of a christmassy feel to it although I didn’t feel it at the time. With a different handbag and the removal of the scarf replaced with a necklace, I think it would make a nice evening outfit too.

I am accessorising today with my Chanel GST XL bag which is a great size for work and Christian Louboutin Pigalle Heels. I wouldn’t usually wear the Louboutins for work but they compliment the trousers with the striking red soles and I really loved the combination.
