Warm Evening Outfit For Winter

Today I am showing you how I dressed up my sweater dress and poncho for a cozy warm evening outfit for the winter season.

If you are going out for the evening it’s not always appropriate to wear a big coat and can be a pain to carry with you. I wanted to create a warm and wearable outfit out of items that I already had in my wardrobe that would be suitable for a dinner date in the winter.

The dress is the WoolLand Norway Bukkehoi Merino Wool Dress. With It being merino wool it keeps you really warm in the winter but also has cooling properties when it’s warmer weather so it’s the prefect dress for the occasion. It’s ultra light weight but does keep you really warm when it’s cold outside and I feel that I wouldn’t need a heavy coat when wearing this dress. I have styled it with a blanket cape poncho, tights and heels for an evening look. Capes are a huge trend right now and I see them most of the time being worn in a casual way. I wanted to show you an alternative look.
