This summer I have made a pact with my daughter to get training and into better shape. So we have decided to start jogging a few times a week as well as the usual long dog walks that we usually do daily and focus on eating healthy whole foods everyday.
Just a quick healthy salmon salad meal this evening for the family which was a pan fried Salmon fillet with green salad. The salad was a store bought mixed babyleaf salad with baby plum tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and balsamic vinegar. The Salmon fillet was fried in a little olive oil and seasoned with black pepper.
A little dress I can’t live without is the Joules Riviera Striped Jersey Dress. It’s a T-shirt style dress that comes in a variety of colours and so far I’ve had 4 of them. They are great for all seasons and can be dressed up or down. I’ve worn them with sandals on a hot day or with leggings and a cardigan for chillier days.
