Happy new week! I hope you had a lovely weekend. I’m going back to basics again today and am sharing a simple classic black coat outfit for the autumn winter season.
Classic Black Coat Outfit
A classic black coat is a wardrobe staple and goes with many different styles of outfit. Although I love a statement coat too, and plan to speak about that in a blog post very soon, I think it’s important to have a classic coat in your wardrobe as well as it goes with a lot more options and is very easy to wear.
I have gone for a simple all black outfit here, layering my black oversized winter coat over black jeans and a tee. I added a pop of colour to the look with my Converse and a red lipstick.
The coat featured today, and that I decided to buy this winter is by Swedish designer Stand and I think it’s a classic style that will never date. I hope to have it in my wardrobe for many years to come. If you also like the look of it too and are considering trying this style, I would recommend sizing down as it comes up big.
