This evening for dinner, I made Low Carb Crispy Chicken Wraps.
This is a low carb recipe I made up some time ago and it’s delicious and also fun for kids! It is a very quick and easy meal to make and a great alternative to the normal presentation of a salad.
Tonight for dinner I made a steak salad for the family. It consisted of rare cooked beef rump steak on top of salad. The salad was made from baby leafs, avocado, tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber and beetroot.
Dinner this evening is Bunless burgers with salad and coleslaw.
It’s a great healthy way to enjoy a classic burger with salad minus the bun for those who are looking to reduce or remove grains or carbohydrates from their diet.
